These beautiful musical instruments will help anyone ring in the holidays on a cheerful note! You can cut them as is (cherry was used for the sample) and finished them with mineral oil and a clear sealer, or you can paint them for an entirely different look. I sprayed them with metallic gold paint and then used DecoArt Acrylics and Staining medium to wash on a hint of color for the bows and holly leaves and berries. The result was very pretty! Full instructions are included for applying both finishes. This is a beginner to intermediate scroll saw pattern.
