This is the first of the series of candle tray and charm sets that I designed. The tray is made of a single piece of wood and can also be used as a small candy tray or a coin dish. You can use the charms in a variety of ways, such as ornaments on a wreath or garland, refrigerator magnets or package ties. The pattern includes full instructions and optional staining instructions if you want to add a bit of color. The snowflake candle tray sample is made of ash and stained in white acrylic paint using DecoArt Americana Staining and Antiquing Medium, which is widely available at most craft stores. This is a fun and easy project that is great for your own home decorating, gifts or to sell at craft fairs. You will want to collect them all!
